I have been working with BCI2000 and Biosemi for a while, and I could not get good/meaningful results.
Support from BCI2000 gave me the clue of what could be the problem. The contibution 'Biosemi source code module' does not include a high pass filter. The tip Gerwin Schalk gave me follows:
The Biosemi uses DC recordings that have a large DC offset that can drift. Without applying a high pass filter, you cannot expect to get good results. Check out the bandpass filter that is included in the MOBIlab source module. If you include this filter in the Biosemi Source module and set it to high pass at 0.01 or 0.1 Hz, this should work.
I did that and now I get good/meaningful results. I hope this helps to other members of this forum!
