Replacing Signal Generator with a DSI Headset

Post by mohammadhadji » 13 May 2019, 12:38

Hi,

I have a Dry EEG headset (DSI 24) from wearable sensing I want to use as my source for the Cursor Task batch file instead of the random signal generator. I already built BCI 2000, so what should I do next? Should I make my own signal source module? If so, please specify how I would go about doing it because I have little experience with the coding portion of BCI 2000.

This is for a very important research project in the U.S. to help people with pain, so this is for a good cause.

Thank you.

Hi,

there is a DSISerial source module available in the contrib section:
src/contrib/SignalSource/DSISerial
Description and instructions are at
https://www.bci2000.org/mediawiki/index ... :DSISerial

Once it is compiled, make a copy of the CursorTask_SignalGenerator batch file, and replace the reference to SignalGenerator with DSISerial inside the batch file.

Let me know if you need further assistance.
