1.why do we need to observe EMG ...what's role of EMG in P300 detection?

2. i can see alpha frequency when subject closes his eyes over central and parietal areas at C3, CZ, C4 and P3, PZ, P4

Gagan,

Neither EMG nor visual alpha are all that important for P300 detection. However, you seem to have general problems with your system and I provided a few steps that allow you to troubleshoot the system.
