Interpreting annotators in matlab file

Post by rkaygupta » 06 Dec 2017, 04:42

I am working on motor imagery data from physionet. I converted .edf to .mat file using edfread file from MATLAB file exchanger.
After seeing the relevant data channels x samples, I have a 65th row which goes like this:
12331 5140 11008 5424 11828 5170 12372 20 0 0 0 0 0 0......some non zero numbers in between then 0 etc
I know these correspond to annotations, but how do I relate these to events/cues. These are also present in recording data corresponding to baseline eyes open and baseline eyes closed, what sense do I make of annotations these files.
Please guide me, I had posted the same question in between a post which had 5000 plus views but no replies.
Is there anyone who can help me decipher this puzzle? It'll be very helpful
Thanks for your time
