importing channel location file in BCILAB

Post by samhitha_95 » 19 Sep 2016, 07:44

We have a 64 channel data set . However , we are unable to explicitly import channel loc file in BCILAB . Will BCILAB inherently prune the 128 electrodes to 64 electrodes besides , looking for the best .elc file using :
% go through a variety of caps and retain the best (i.e. largest) match
caps = {'resources:/Standard-10-5-Cap385.sfp','resources:/sccn_LSIE_cap128.xyz','resources:/sccn_BEM_coregistered_128_v2.xyz','resources:/sccn_BEM_coregistered_256_v1.xyz','resources:/sccn_BEM_coregistered_128_v1.xyz'};

Thank you.

Samhitha_95,

this seems like a question for the Eeglablist. As a workaround you could use the load_bcidat mex interface that BCI2000 provides to load the data into MATLAB and structure it the way you need it.

Regards, Peter
