Want to achieve EEG signal brainwave

Post by WonGil » 23 Dec 2015, 11:21

Hi.

I want to analyze the effect of Spatial filters.

So, I tried to find out the way to analyze brainwave when the filter was applied or not.

And I find an example in the guide book of BCI2000.

Similar with the attached picture, I want to record the brainwave like C and D in this picture.

Is there any tool that I can analyze the brainwave?

WonGil,

you can use the BCI2000 Offline Analysis tool that is distributed with BCI2000.

http://www.bci2000.org/wiki/index.php/U ... e_Analysis

This tool reads BCI2000 data files and allows you to quantify and visualize the effect of a CAR filter, as long as you have a state variable that indicates the different conditions to which you want to evaluate the spatial filter with. As this tool is written in MATLAB you can easily inspect and modify the code, e.g., to implement a laplacian or any other spatial filter.

You can download the most recent version from either the BCI2000 SVN trunk or the BCI2000 v3.6 beta test thread:

Thank you for your reply, Peter.

I think Offline Analysis only visualize the effect of a CAR filter using topographies.

However, I want to visualize the effect of Spatial filter with brainwave.

Is there any tool about that?

Also, thank you for your link to recent version.
