Hi all,
I am using BCI 2000 to record data-set for a specific display paradigm. All I get is the final result of classification. But I want to analyze the data myself (in MatLab) and want the data in the format similar to BCI competition II i.e.
I want a .mat file which contains raw EEG data from all the electrodes, Flashing, StuimulusCode and StimulusType information only.
Is it possible to do that?
If yes, then how?

Rahulchaurasiya,
the BCI2000 data will be recorded into a .dat that you then can load using the load_bcidat that is provided in the BCI2000/tools/mex for all platforms. In MATLAB you then can remove any information that you would like to omit. For easier redistribution of the data you then can just save the data again as a .mat file using MATLAB's build-in save function.
