Re: some problems to load .DAT file using EEGLAB

Hello,
Sorry for the delay getting back to you. I am working on making sure that the EEGLAB plugin will work for the current version of BCI2000. I will let you know when there is an update.

Hello, I am not really an expert on SSVEP, but I am not aware that you can do it very well with a monitor. Typically, it is done with an external LED box, where the flash rate of the LEDs can be specified very precisely. With a monitor, you are very limited by 1) the refresh rate, 2) the on/off time...

Hello,
I have written a DummyApplication module, that does exactly what you need, i.e., there is no application display or other output. You can reply with your contact info, and I can send it to you.

Hello, This is Adam Wilson, from the video you posted. I did that experiment at the University of Wisconsin using BCI2000, and can answer your questions. 1. I was the subject in that video, so I had done some prior training. However, the nice thing about P300-based BCI applications is that they requ...

Sure, this is something that can certainly be done, and I have actually done in the past by editing the CursorTask application. If you are interested, I can dig it up and send it to you, but I cannot make any guarantees about how well it works, or even works at all. If you go to my webpage, at the b...

Yuliy and Juergen, If the ARfilter signal processing is being used, shouldn't the output from the app connector be the final signal processing result, i.e., the normalized X and Y (and Z?) control signals. Yuliy, you will not see a sinusoid at all, but rather the final output of the processing chain...

Hello, 1. Typically, you will use an ear clip for a reference, and a frontal electrode for the ground, such as FPz. This depends on your particular cap or montage. I would try using this for ground, instead of the ear. Do you use a cap, or collodion? 2. The r^2 values should be between about 0.1-0.2...

It is hard to tell what is going wrong without seeing a plot. What is the "high frequency band?" Is this 100+ Hz? What is is large r^2 value? Also, are you doing a P300 or a Mu-rhythm experiment?

Hello, There are several points to be made here. 1. we observed that in all our trials the cursor began its movement independently from the user's intention" There are two issues leading to this behavior. First, if you are only using a single control input feature (i.e., ch C4, 11 Hz), then the adap...

What program are you using to acquire the UDP packets? Is it Matlab, a C++ program, or something else? Also, can you post a code snippet of where you read from UDP?
Thanks!
