Re: BCI2000 Compilation using visual2019 and CMake

A full guide how to configure and compile BCI2000 is here: https://www.bci2000.org/mediawiki/index.php/Programming_Howto:Building_and_Customizing_BCI2000 In order to build a contributed source module, select BUILD_ALL_SOURCEMODULES inside CMake. You don't need to build everything, just the modules y...

Re: Changing Filtering Options for Cursor Task

Hello,

you need a recent version of BCI2000 to have this file.
You can use parms/mu_tutorial/MuFeedback.prm rather than SMR_basket_task.prm. In any case, I suggest you use on of the files as a template or it will be difficult to get everything right.

Re: Changing Filtering Options for Cursor Task

Hi, the parameters you show are part of the DSI source. You do not normally use these to adjust the BCI2000 control signal. Rather, you use the LinearClassifier filter to select output elements of the SpectralEstimator filter. Please, see the mu rhythm tutorial for a description how to select locati...

Re: Adding Dig I/O channel to channel list.

Hi, which version of the g.USBamp source module are you using? The current version uses state variables "DigitalInput1" ... "DigitalInput8" to store the 8 bits of the amp's digital input interface. For more information, see this wiki page: https://www.bci2000.org/mediawiki/index.php/User_Reference:g...

Hi,

which version of BCI2000 exactly are you trying to run?

Re: Inquiries about BCI2000 installation on windows 10

Hi, ad 1) the first page you mention refers to the BCI2000OfflineAnalysis tool, which is based on Matlab. In order to run a recent version of BCI2000, you will need to compile it yourself, as described in the guide you mention second. ad 2) This is because the first page refers to the BCI2000Offline...

Hi, the control signal is the output of the signal processing module. Its dimensions are controlled by the LinearClassifier filter: https://www.bci2000.org/mediawiki/index.php/User_Reference:LinearClassifier The control signal is also zero mean and unit variance in all of its dimensions, and normali...

Hi,

make sure that the Qt5_DIR path points to an actual Qt installation on your harddrive, don't copy the example path from the wiki.

Re: Replacing Signal Generator with a DSI Headset

Hi, there is a DSISerial source module available in the contrib section: src/contrib/SignalSource/DSISerial Description and instructions are at https://www.bci2000.org/mediawiki/index.php/Contributions:DSISerial Once it is compiled, make a copy of the CursorTask_SignalGenerator batch file, and repla...

Re: Record for later playback

You may use the FilePlayback source module to play back data recorded with any source module. The FilePlayback module is not part of the core distribution, so you will need to download the extended distribution in order to use it.

Make sure you have installed the Microsoft Speech Platform Runtime in the bitness (32 or 64) that matches the BCI2000 exectuables you are running.

Re: 3D Cursor Task Setup

Right, z direction corresponds to the third output channel of the normalizer filter. You should create an entry for the third output channel in the LinearClassifier, describing the signal you want to use for z control, e.g. amplitude at 10Hz over the right motor cortex minus amplitude at 10Hz over l...

Re: I can't start the MatlaSignalProcessing module normally.

Hi,
in older versions of BCI2000, this occurs when your Matlab installation is not in the system path.
Also, if you have both a 32 and 64 bit version of Matlab installed, it may be that your system path mixes directories from the 32 and 64 bit versions of Matlab, respectively.
