Re: EEG Headset

Mesherron, I would suggest that you use the OpenEEG project as a reference. It details the design and implementation of an EEG acquisition device. Further, there is also an open source LabView interfaces that you could learn from. https://sourceforge.net/projects/openeeglabview/ http://openeeg.sourc...

Re: 10-10 channel location file

Samhitha_95, Please see the electrode locations for the Wadsworth 64-channel datasets on phyisonet listed below. The coordinates are in the eeglab eloc format. Re: importing channel location file in BCILAB

Samhitha_95,

this seems like a question for the Eeglablist. As a workaround you could use the load_bcidat mex interface that BCI2000 provides to load the data into MATLAB and structure it the way you need it.

Re: Building from source code with windows problem

lsegura003,

I am glad that this has resolve the issues. I would suggest that you re-compile your old modules with the trunk source code. Let me know if you run into issues with that.

Re: Error 8 error MSB6006: "cmd.exe" exited with code 9009.

lsegura003, this is a known issue — many antivirus scanners consider unknown files as highly suspicious. For that reason, we code sign the binary distributions of BCI2000 and have them whitelisted in addition with the major antivirus software programs. If you are building BCI2000 on your own you wil...

Re: Building from source code with windows problem

lsegura003,

one more thing. For the installed pre-compiled binaries from the v3.6 beta, can you please check whether both, 32 and 64 bit as well as bundled and non-bundled binaries work. This could help to isolate the issue.

Re: Building from source code with windows problem

lsegura003, to summarize: 1) Compiling 3.0.5 source code fails as the download of the pre-compiled static QT4 libraries fails. 2) Compiling 3.0.5 source with external QT4 fails due to a cmake issue. 3) Compiling 3.6 source (svn trunk) works, but fails on execution. 4) Running the 3.6 source binaries...

Re: analyze neuroscan datas in realtime?

D5006ehr, you have several options to export the data: 1) In real-time you can stream the data to an application listening at an UDP port: http://www.bci2000.org/wiki/index.php/Technical_Reference:App_Connector 2) Offline by converting the BCI2000 data file into ASCII format: http://www.bci2000.org/...

Re: Unknown CMake command "QT4_WRAP_CPP".

lsegura003, It seems like as if building BCI2000 with external QT will work properly with the 3.0.5 source code on your machine. You have two alternatives: 1) Use the pre-compiled static compilation of QT4 that is downloaded with setting up the build environment of 3.0.5. 2) Use the latest trunk sou...

Re: Building from source code with windows problem

lsegura003, I think I now understand the issue that you are experiencing. To facilitate the new functionality of BCI2000 v3.6 we had to improve the binary communication protocol that facilitates the communication between the different BCI2000 modules. This however means, that you cannot mix and matc...

Re: Building from source code with windows problem

lsegura003, as the beta binaries work fine on your machine, can you please try to build BCI2000 as detailed under the section "BCI2000 v3.6 - source code - compile and debug instructions - December 10th, 2015" in the BCI2000 beta thread: http://www.bci2000.org/phpbb/viewtopic.php?f=1&t=2955 Specific...

Re: AR Filter

Paico,

in a nutshell the ARFilter is doing pretty much the same as the FFTFilter, except that the spectrum is modeled with a limited number of coefficients. You can imagine it as a spatially smoothed FFT. Let me know if this answers your question.

Re: Replay pre-recorded cursor position data with BCI2000

Rabiri, one way to accomplish what you want to do is to use the DummySignalProcessing module with the ExpressionFilter. You load the data into MATLAB (load_bcidat), where you create the necessary velocity values for x and y and store them into a new state. You then save the data file to a new one (s...

Paico,

you can use the "ADD WATCH" command in the AppConnector scripting to specify the variable that are transmitted:

Re: Building from source code with windows problem

lsegura003, three ways to debug your issue: 1) Install the latest beta test binaries and run the same batch file to rule out that this is a firewall issue on your machine: http://www.bci2000.org/phpbb/viewtopic.php?f=1&t=2955 2) Use the BCI2000Launcher to rule out that it is an error in the batch fi...
