vAmpSource.exe Startup problems

Dear all, I would like to run BCI2000 with a FirstAmp device by Brain Products. I have already read the known issues in the Wiki Contributions vAmpADC and the previously posted discussions in this forum, but still I experience troubles to make the system work. Have someone found solution to make fea...

Re: Using EGI Amp 300

Hi all,

did you find solution for your problem after all?
I am dealing with a similar issue but with a Net Station NA400 amplifier.
Do I need another HASP for the pc running BCI2000 (different from the Mac running Net Station Acquisition software)?

Thank you in advance,
Giulia

BCI2000 with EGI Net Station NA400

Dear all, as soon as I launch the batch file for running a CursorTask with EEG (only, for the moment) signals coming from an EGI Net Station NA400, the following error pops up: "DataIOFilter::Resting: AmpServerProADC::Process: Lost connection to AmpServerPro." and EGI signal acquisition is also stop...

Re: StimulusPresentation on BCI2000-BrainVision Recorder

Dear all,

I couldn't fix the problem, but maybe there was a bug in the version of BCI2000 I was used since, using a different one, I did not experience any problem.

Best,
Giulia

StimulusPresentation on BCI2000-BrainVision Recorder

Dear all, I would like to run a StimulusPresentation interface with the platform BCI2000-BrainVision Recorder. I have just succeeded in recorded data from a CursorTask application module, but when I switch to the StimulusPresentation one, something about states goes wrong and I get the following err...

Cursor task: enlarge edges of visual screen?

Dear all, in a standard CursorTask application I am connecting my computer (screen 1920 x 1080) to a DELL monitor and I am setting WindowWidth to 1920, WindowHeight to 1080, WindowLeft to 1081, WindowTop to 0. I found no problems at the beginning, but recently I got a problem in the visualization an...

Normalizer and Expression Filter

Dear all, I am implementing a standard Motor Imagery paradigm for cursor control in 2D, where the cursor moves at constant speed on x axis and amplitude in y direction is controlled by the spectral power changes at C3 (one only feature, one only output channel from LinearClassifier). Now, I have two...

Re: 3 gtec, too slow!

Thanks Chad, now it is seemed to properly work!
But I didn't know about the special cable to connect two different kind of amplifiers, thanks!

Have a nice Sunday!

Re: 3 gtec, too slow!

Hi Chad, it is nice to meet you too! ;) Today I made a new tentative and I succeeded! I took care of each of the cables I used and, moreover, I selected 3 gUSBamp of the same kind (UA 2007). That seemed properly work for the moment, so I was really lucky, let's see in future! Actually yes, my purpos...

Re: 3 gtec, too slow!

Thanks for answer Chad! (since I am currently researching at Keio University, at Ushiba Lab, I know you by name! ;) )
By the way, I will check again, but I have already checked many times, both cables and order of devices..
Any other ideas?

Thanks,
Giulia

3 gtec, too slow!

Dear all, I am setting up an experiment with 3 gUSBamp amplifiers for a mu rhythm BCI acquisition, but visualization of EEG traces and of the user interface (both in the stimulus presentation and the cursor task case) dramatically slowes down if I connect more than one amplifier. With two of them I ...
